Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SuccessFactors for Performance and Development. It is a good tool to capture your year goals and the progress however with some quirks.

Pros

  • Documenting goals

Cons

  • Tracking goals through the year, the Check-in process is cumbersome
  • Formatting is always a challenge, no inbuilt formatting options (bulleting etc.)
  • Employees always struggle to manage their goals easily
