In Gentera and its companies, we are evolving our Performance Management Solution to a more continuous way with more feedback on Success Factors. Now the collaborator can combine the activities that they are doing in order to complete an objective and contribute to development objectives as well. By going thru this new process, they can have more frequent reviews with their managers, and discuss at the same time if the objective is contributing to their development or if they need to develop a certain area or skill in order to better complete the objective. As CHRO we are continuously looking for ways to better tie development with performance and this has proven to be a very solid way.

- The implementation of new modules such as Recruiting Marketing is not that easy to implement.
- I would love for HR employees to be able to make more changes in Success Factors and not depend on IT.
- Thanks to Success Factors, we at Gentera have a disciplined way of evaluating performance.
- Employees are able to consult their objectives and update their achievements on their mobiles.
- We can now use the continuous performance module for agile projects.
