Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We currently use recruiting, onboarding and EC. We have not fully implemented onboarding at this time.

Pros

  • Clean portlets, easy to read
  • Streamline processes for admins and managers

Cons

  • Approvals of changes processed by HR should not require another HR approval
  • Correct the A Addresses change message to An Address change when a change is in the future
  • Make the onboarding dashboard easier to sort, especially among multiple companies/countries. It would be nice if they could be separate
  • Improved global HR since we are now on one system.
I have not implemented other products.
It was long. Some of our partners were wonderful and very knowledgeable, but others were more difficult.

EC is an excellent module, but onboarding needs more work.
