Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Replicating employee and org data to sap for payroll is biggest pain point. need improvements.

Pros

  • Security engine is pretty good
  • User Experience is not that bad
  • supporting multiple module under one umbrella is great.

Cons

  • Replication
  • Integrations
  • Increased productivity.
Replication to on prem has issues. So many flavors and keep changing.
Implementation experience was good overall. Global benefits was where experience was not that greate. Joint ventur, but SAP couldnt deliver what business was asking for benefits enrollment and benefits end to end process.

Replication and integration are bit challenging. User Experience need improvments.
Wish SAP can bring all module like LMS, RCM etc under one umbrella for reporting/integrations
