Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We are currently in the process of implementing SuccessFactors at the Region. Since it is a cloud solution you always get the most up to date functionality due to upgrades.
  • Easy to navigate, very powerful action search
  • Employee Self Serve
  • No coding experience required to configure
  • In case of some regulatory reports, out of box reports does not suffice
  • Native integrations to other applications like ECP, WFS in certain cases need to be more robust
Integrations with other suites is pretty good, including third party integrations.
We partner with PwC for SF implementation. Early on user training for SF platform is highly recommended.
