Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Onboarding and Recruitment we use heavily to onboard our adjunct faculty.

Pros

  • ECE Integration
  • Ease of use
  • Consistent screens
  • Easy development

Cons

  • Customizations
  • HR Productivity is good as we had fewer HR resources.
ECC integration can improve.
Vendor implementing did not have experience. It delayed implementation.
Word of mouth.
