Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We are currently using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to address the central repository of personnel master data that is secure and easy to use. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central works well with our back end ECC ehp8 and active directory when hiring, deactivation or re activating employees. Implementation took a little over 10 months in our organization.

  • Reference to exact field that is missing for cases when there is a replication error of employee from SAP SuccessFactors to ECC
  • Easier creation of access for support team similar to ECC
  • Multiple list of employees with same detail (on drill down) given to SAP SuccessFactors support

Our SAP SuccessFactors integrates with active directory and ECC EHP8 with ease. But not all information were as updated in SAP SuccessFactors as in ECC. Still, almost all data we need for our employee hiring process are captured in SAP SuccessFactors. If there are issues in integration, our system integrator support has been great.
At the start, implementation team had a lot of questions. The system integrator we hired was very knowledgeable and were able to answer some of our toughest questions. With SAP's renowned implementation methodology, we were able to proceed in a timely fashion based on the requirements identified. Data cleansing process refining were done within the project and we were still able to meet our target deadlines.

We started last year in implementing SAP SuccessFactors. We had a consulting group to help us navigate from start to finish. Business as well as IT support pitched in to make the project successful. Once we went live, the company can see the collaboration with the business as well as IT support in optimizing employee lifecycles.
