Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use it for our performance management system and on our intranet. It is helpful since it contains multiple links to different applications.

Pros

  • Easy to navigate

Cons

  • Providing a key to indicate where things are on the taskbar
  • An option for accessibility
  • Easy user navigation
I give this rating since it can be more clearly defined to access other generations.
SAP did standardizing processes for core HR such as performance management and accessing admin.
AI can automate by creating a first draft and removing time waste.

After today's session I can see how it is suited when it comes to AI and creating job descriptions. However, I do wonder if it can match keywords if a resume comes in, in a different format. For example, a jor issue with AI screening systems is it can skip or miss skills on a prospective employee's resume if the format is designed. That is why some people still prefer human screening. During your presentation you should address this concern.
