Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use SAP SuccessFactors as our HRIS and Payroll system. We have also implemented several other modules including SAP Learning, Performance & Goals and Succession & Development.

Pros

  • Self Service
  • Simplicity for all levels of the workforce
  • Preferred Success Support

Cons

  • Information overload at times
  • Communication on changes that are necessary because of dependent providers. IE: Common Super Domain as a result of Google's changes.
  • Efficiencies
  • Compliance
Easy to use UI
Process standardisation, governance, productivity.
Still be seen. I'm sure its not too far away.
