Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
We use SAP SuccessFactors as our HRIS and Payroll system. We have also implemented several other modules including SAP Learning, Performance & Goals and Succession & Development.

- Simplicity for all levels of the workforce
- Preferred Success Support
Cons
- Information overload at times
- Communication on changes that are necessary because of dependent providers. IE: Common Super Domain as a result of Google's changes.
- Efficiencies
- Compliance
Process standardisation, governance, productivity.
