Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
We are a large organisation with 17,000 employees and on an average hire 400-500 new employees each month. At good start we use the recruiting, onboarding, employee central module. Its our people management tool and platform and enables our 40 recruiters to recruit new people into the business, onboard candidates and manage employee records. We do not use the learning module and no longer use the performance management module either.
