Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
We have been using SAP SuccessFactors HCM for almost 10 years after migrating from an on premises Lawson system. As a developer, the greatest benefit to my group has been the secure cloud access to hcm data through odata apis.
Pros
- High availability
- Complete odata api with many features
- Always current version
Cons
- Integration center it difficult/impossible for non-technical users like it seems to be intended
- Employees are able to use self service
