Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We have been using SAP SuccessFactors HCM for almost 10 years after migrating from an on premises Lawson system. As a developer, the greatest benefit to my group has been the secure cloud access to hcm data through odata apis.

Pros

  • High availability
  • Complete odata api with many features
  • Always current version

Cons

  • Integration center it difficult/impossible for non-technical users like it seems to be intended
  • Employees are able to use self service
The web interface is very easy for non technical HR users
Standardized HR data
We are trialing joule currently
