Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

SuccessFactors is used to manage the employee experience across the organisation. From personal information to compensation details, we are using SuccessFactors. We recently started using another tool for review though as it provided more detailed scope for employee performance management. We also use it for leave management and team leave policy maintenance. The platform is good in this scope of usage.
