Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
I use SAP SuccessFactors for mostly 1.Talent review: The skill matrix of all employees reporting to me, their area of interests, and areas for improvement can be easily tracked which helps me to take a decision during their merit increase 2.Succession Planning: if any employees are ready for a promotion their development plan / eLearning to be assigned to them can be easily performed in SuccessFactors 3.Performance review and compensation management: for annual performance review employee progress to achieve the goal assigned to them can be documented here and also all the decisions for compensation management can be carried out in SuccessFactors
Pros
- It saves all the relevant documents of the employee under employee file and can be easily downloaded and accessed. These reports are maintained and accessed for every year
Cons
- Navigation between menus can be clearly improved and made more intuitive.
- As a manager managing over 7 employees the activities involved around the annual review process would be very time-consuming if not for SAP SuccessFactors. With SuccessFactors all the activities around the performance review are streamlined which has further improved my productivity and saves a lot of time .
The time to complete an employee performance review has been reduced significantly for a manager because of the standardised processes available in HCM which also ensures all employees are going through the same standardized process which can improve the employee experience a lot
