Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
I have been using SAP SuccessFactors HCM particularly for manging all the courses assigned to me by my manqger as a part of upskilling as well as for completing the mandatory course that are assigned to me at an organisation level so it serves as a very useable learning management system. Aslo I use it for retrieving any employee related files such as merit increase/bonus certificates.
Pros
- The learning module is very Userfriendly and also contains links to external course providers if the assigned course isn't available internally
- It stores the entire history of documents related to the employee which can be exported at any time
Cons
- Whenever a course needs to be accessed through SAP SuccessFactors HCM it opens a new window but sometimes it fails to open the new window. This overall experience can be improved.
- Overall employee experience has improved because you can easily access courses associated with career development and track all the progress made. Also, you can easily access all goals assigned during the calendar year by the manager to self-assess and receive feedback from manager.
I like the timely notifications I receive to complete an overdue course this helps in ensuring no assigned courses are overdue.
