Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

I manage the HRIS team and look for how we can improve processes and enhance config within SAP SuccessFactors HCM. Integrations are a bit challenging and ONB 2.0 has been a challenge with system limitations

  • ONB 2.0 capabilities
  • No copy up capability from test environment to production
There are some aspects that are great and others that are not intuitively user friendly
We are looking forward to AI in recruitment space
