Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use SAP SuccessFactors HCM for 1000 employees for performance reviews, attendance, objective settings . It's helps us manage attendance, do annual performance reviews. Recruiters use for hiring and adding talent Acquisitions. Overall it helps keep all HR related things at one place Key business process are perform.ance reviews, OKR setting , milestone tracking

Overall good UI, but some rigidity to wet up with customised process . Have to depend on backend team. Too many clicks but UI seems decent enough
Lesser clicks for simple task like leaves etc

For large-scale performance management,Objective settings,lt helps keep track of my reports.
It's not easy to create customised reports that is something that can be worked on. It's good for having performance worfloes attendance management and holding company policy. It's also little lengthy For some simple process workflows like leave application
