Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

It has helped align and rationalise previous separate solutions we had to manage the business. Having a more streamlined solution for recruitment and position management that provides us with better analytics in particular has allowed us to focus more on the leading the business. Some parts of HCM were initially an obstacle to overcome but we're making progress standardising the way we manage performance.
