Pros

  • global hr system
  • one source truth for reporting
  • all countries used standardized processes

Cons

  • interview scheduling for mass interviewing
  • integration with non-sap payroll systems
  • better mobile capabilities
  • single point for hr master data. employees can focus on other critical work
  • too soon for monetary benefits at this stage
  • automation of some of the workload for hr admin
there are areas for improvement in recruitment in particular and improvements that are coming now with ai
colleagues can get there hr queries answered without having to contact the helpdesk
