Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We're currently rolling out multiple modules across the Bank.

Pros

  • Holding data all in one place
  • Reporting
  • Clear UX
  • Intuitive
  • Increased HR productivity
  • Access from anywhere including mobile
  • Manager responsibilty
It works really well and I've worked on multiple implementations for it.
In the process of doing this.
It's going to save a lot of time and result in less clicks to do tasks. We plan to use Joule.
