SAP SucessFactors HCM is a human resourse management tool. We use the product in our organisation to automate payroll processes and enquire on daily attendance and performace of our employees. The software is scalable and easy to use. Availability of pre built incentive plans and efficiency in data integration makes the software our first choice.
Pros
- I like the product it is very user friendly and cost effective.
- Efficacy of the tool in real-time notifications and transactions history management.
- The product ensures real-time payments processing and performance tracking.
Cons
- Customer services are unreliable. Their speed of response is poor.
- Integration of the tool with other cloud systems is limited
- Stability and adaptability of the software is developing issue. Loading time has increased day by day making the software sluggish.
- Introduction of the software in our organisation has enabled to make data backed decisions.
- The software has ensured unmatched accuracy in human resource management processes from payments processing to employees deductions management.
- Through use the software we have been able to manage our recruitment processes and employees time and attendance.
We are barely 3 years since introduction of SAP SuccessFactors HCM in our organisation. We have no plans to incorporate the software with artificial intelligence but if the need be we shall do so.
