We are daily users of SAP SuccessFactors HCM. The software enables us to empower our workforce and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Use of the software ensures seamless human resource processes thus promoting proper visibility and accountability. Management of human resources in our organisation is by far much easier since we started using this tool.

- Poor customer assistance. The product customer services providers are reluctant and unreliable.
- The tool is not easy to implement. It requires proper technical training and understanding.
- Customization options in the software are very limited and the UI isn't straightforward.
- Use of the product has ensured cimpliance to legal requirements and that all our end to end processes are automated.
- SAP SuccessFactors HCM brought about unification of customer's data and simplifying workforce and decision making.
- The product has ensured reduced cost of HR processes management by ensuring accuracy in payroll and deductions management.
