Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We are daily users of SAP SuccessFactors HCM. The software enables us to empower our workforce and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Use of the software ensures seamless human resource processes thus promoting proper visibility and accountability. Management of human resources in our organisation is by far much easier since we started using this tool.

Pros

  • The software is quite elaborate and comprehensive.
  • Effectiveness of the software in employees performance management payroll administration.
  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM is very efficient when it comes to learning and development.
  • Ability of the tool to properly unifie data across the entire employees lifecycle which has enables proper decision making.

Cons

  • Poor customer assistance. The product customer services providers are reluctant and unreliable.
  • The tool is not easy to implement. It requires proper technical training and understanding.
  • Customization options in the software are very limited and the UI isn't straightforward.
  • Use of the product has ensured cimpliance to legal requirements and that all our end to end processes are automated.
  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM brought about unification of customer's data and simplifying workforce and decision making.
  • The product has ensured reduced cost of HR processes management by ensuring accuracy in payroll and deductions management.
The product is highly configurable and easy to customise according to users immediate needs.
Availability of real-time HR management analytics and integrated functionalities.
Unlike other Human resource management tools SAP SuccessFactors HCM is affordable and reliable. It's reporting capabilities and analytics tools are superb.
Availability of plenty if functionalities compared to other HR software vendors.
We are planning to incorporate AI in our human resource management processes. I can confidently say that our research on it's practicality and userbility is on going. I will be ready to share my experience once we are done with phase one.
