Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
We've purchased SuccessFactors to replace all our aging HR systems. We have just started our implementation journey.
Pros
- Most of the HR suite of applications are in 1 area
- look and feel of interface
- easy to use
Cons
- SAP Payroll should be within the main SAP EC area and not require interfaces between EC and SAP payroll
- The onboarding process was difficult, too many emails, too much information to navigate, unclear use of Admin accounts
- High consultancy costs to implement Payroll
- Long duration to implement Payroll
- Need to get the solution implemented before being able to comment further on ROI
- Anticipating solution to be transformational for our company, removing our need to many complex interfaces between our current old HR applications
No, we´re moving from legacy onprem systems to cloud. The consultancy firm we are using are supportive and engaging.
Really looking forward to learn more on this as we are expecting this to be a huge benefit in employee self service for regular questions HR are asked by our large employee base.
