SAP SuccessFactors HCM is leveraged heavily within our organization across all divisions. Through the use of their systems, we are able to facilitate key HR processes such as Performance, Learning, and Talent development.

With the technology delivered through SAP SuccessFactors HCM, it empowers our business stakeholders and organizational leadership to deliver on the initiatives we identify that align with our business values. In Learning, the system allows us to efficiently assign compliance training and offer on-demand development opportunities, ensuring employees stay informed and continue growing. Through the Talent side of the system, it has been instrumental in fostering actionable growth and development that allows our employees to take charge of their own career journeys.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM brings with it a level of flexibility that generally meets most organization's requirements from a data and process perspective. Recent innovations have begun to refresh many system processes that had not seen updates in several years. In addition, SAP's leadership has been position the future of the tool to be in line with where organizations are aiming to deliver.
SAP SuccessFactors HCM's AI capabilities are poised to be agentic and support HR professionals as well as employees. Whether it is a simple ask to explain my pay statement to supporting complicated organizational structure tasks, AI is there to support.

Generative AI also aims to support system engagement to give insights where they are leveraged best with performance, goals, and more.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM is a leading HCM system that can be tailor-made to support every organization's needs in HR. With their robust inventory of system modules, their system covers the necessities for any company. Among their products, their strongest system components would align to Learning, Talent, Recruiting, and Core HR. SAP has been investing heavily in the system and recent AI innovations have only seen to improve the experience.

However, portions of the suite have started to show their age and innovations are not all encompassing for all functionality. Additionally, the system continues to struggle to meet deskless employees in an equitable manner as opposed to employees able to access a computer.
