For us, SAP SuccessFactors HCM has been a service that not only provided a business solution, but has gone far beyond that. It has allowed us to receive invoices, connect with ERPs, integrate with other sales tools, and additionally adapt to delivery services and connect everything for better visualizations and statistics. This important feature also allows us to generate invoices from the same tool so we can save them in our cloud in an organized manner. When we talk about a complete ERP for us, specifically in those positive things such as being able to receive documentation and generate an invoice through an email or being able to receive information through an email, then for us it is negative, it is very flexible.

That's very interesting because it's a feature we're working on migrating to connect the payroll and payments in a simple way, so if we're in the process and it's simple, the slow process we have is because we're migrating between tools.

In our case we have not implemented AI, we believe it will give incredible results but we are not yet familiar with it.
