Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We replaced SAP HCM with SAP SuccessFactors HCM a while ago and get a very positive feedback from end user by its user friendly UI and intuitive design.

Pros

  • Intuitive UI
  • Speed of application
  • Wonderful design, not too much, not too less

Cons

  • Tailor Theme switching for local brand
That is a big improvement from legacy report we developed ourselves with SAP HCM
