I gave SAP SuccessFactors HCM this usability rating because, in my experience, it is Hard to find things unless you are well trained. I think it is Hard to detect SAP SuccessFactors HCM configuration issues.
It would be nice for SAP Business AI to work seamlessly with the rest of our customers tech stack
