Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

SAP SuccessFactors HCM was the tool that helped us gather data from disparate systems all under one roof. It gave us the abilities, the processes at our disposal to start building structure with our data, cultivate insights and be the source of truth for all other systems -- all in real time. We now look forward to doing more and exploring the possibilities with the other modules.

Generally very usable, but there is always room for improvement. This worries me little because my experience other the decades is that SAP delivers on its promise of improving usability. I think SAP should prioritize fully integrating LMS and provide solutions to convert older tools into the newer tools. We look forward to future exciting improvements!
This is a priority for us. Our organization requires quick decision-making and action to ensure that we meet our customer commitments. Deploying AI to help with recruiting and onboarding top talent, as well as aggregating data and extracting insights to share with other functional departments (finance and operations) will greatly improve efficiency and free up time to focus on those priorities that require the human touch.
PeopleSoft is no longer around and I think BambooHR is great for smaller industries. SAP SuccessFactors HCM is powerful, can be augmented by leveraging other technologies and is highly customizable. This latter trait is one that Workday, at the time I had gained some experience with it, lacked. My understanding is that this is no longer the case, which demonstrates to me that SAP SuccessFactors HCM has had the right idea all along (especially about giving clients that added flexibility to customize).

It equips superusers with the tools to customize outlier processes all the while making it easy to adopt best practices. It's native modules work seamlessly with the core module (EC) and now, with Joule, will allow us to delegate the tedium of minor tasks, whilst ensuring compliance across the various jurisdictions across the globe.
