SAP SuccessFactors HCM is an end to end HCM solution, we have helped several customers in multiple modules likes of Performance Management, and Goals Management, Succession, Learning, Onboarding, Recruitment, Payroll, and Compensation.

  • People Analytics currently leverages SAP Analytics Cloud, it will be nice to see better reporting and direct integration to non SAP reporting platforms
  • ATS Platform there is scope for improvement
  • embedding process automation in the core SAP SuccessFactors HCM module not sure about the possibility can give better results

AI is becoming critical for businesses to run the operations efficiently with less, do more, with SAP's approach of AI, Data, and Applications, SAP Business Suite consisting of SAP Business AI will play an important role, with much investment in SAP's Joule, Generative Strategy, collaboration with leading AI technology partners likes of Microsoft, Google, and others will have a greater impact to customers
