Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
We use SAP SucessFactors HCM mainly to access employee data and track ,analyse and managing their performances.Acts as a single source of truth for all employee data in our organisation which helps to exclude duplicate records and ensure consistency making it smooth for our HR to have access and analyse the data.Also we used it for time and attendance of employee.The tool offer a self service feature that empower our employee to manage their data for example requesting time off,sick leave ,updating personal information ,enter the working hours etc which in turn improve the employee satisfaction and engagement .Appreciate the way it helps to plan and manage the time of the employees greatly ,since we can see easily ,if someone from team in different department is overworked and help to plan the project timelines better.

Cons
- I don't like the way tool sometimes show error when a lot of people start working at the same time.
- Lots of customization require third party vendors which can be abit costly.
- Reporting is not user friendly and flexible ,many times require a help of IT support for custom reports .
- This tool significantly enhances employee experience through empowering them to manage their data eg requesting day off
- Centralized employee data which eliminates errors and ensure consistency
- Leads to stronger workforce development by helping us to develop a more skilled and qualified workforce
- Overall improves efficiency by automating many HR tasks freeing up time to them to focus on more organization strategic initiatives
Yes and the journey was seamless ,although it took us 6 months for full migration. The tools and partner support and guidance played a huge role ,very recommendable.
The main impact is easy access of data from anywhere, desktop or mobile phone .
For enhancing employee experience eg AI offer personalized recommendations for their learning and development which increases their productivity and engagement.
