Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use it for LMS for our employees onboarding trainings and recording the sytem also allow us to generate refresment training especially for safety training because we are Mining company. In terms of employee performance management it allows us entering goals and KPI and manage remunerations. We also use it for recruitment promoting and capturing candidates applications online from the start to offer approval.

Pros

  • Goals and Performance tracking
  • Then it linked to employee profile and payroll
  • Help our HR to manage the bonus and therefore linked to our payroll

Cons

  • Capture contractors record not just employee
  • Media upload like video player or the format that we need to display for end users can be more modernise and easy to use
  • Career functions can be from the start to contract record and capturing of the employee directly without manual update
  • Performance management
  • Job post online
  • Learning courses
I think it is more about we leverage it not use it for the full functionality

To get full and great function you need to pay a lot the blocker for us is the license cost the more we need to capture the more employee the higher cost
