SAP SuccessFactors HCM is very user friendly and is easily adoptable.
We plan to incorporate AI functionality into the RC processes and job profile builder to enable the talent management.
SAP SuccessFactors HCM is definitely a far superior tool compared to Dayforce. Usability, adaptability, continuous innovation and overall development of the product itself really set SAP on another level.
