SAP SuccessFactors HCM lacks many basic features like downloading the list of reporters under a lead/manager, downloading the clear snapshot of appraisal process and status for a particular employee. The rewards features integrated with SAP SuccessFactors HCM also lacks basic opportunities to include more vendors and third party tools. Appreciate if SAP can enhance the SAP SuccessFactors HCM to make it feature rich.
