As a project manager, SuccessFactors is excellent. However, more country-specific tools are required to serve the Indian industries.

Yes, a number of issues to start with, as a new UI. But with time, things started to ease off as this was something new, and the fear remained that something would go wrong.
Not much, getting rid of the integration issue.
Not sure on when and how, but it looks great and interesting. Fingers crossed final discussion lies with the management. A lot of things still remain a mystery.
