Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

As a project manager, SuccessFactors is excellent. However, more country-specific tools are required to serve the Indian industries.

Country Specific - India needs more improvement & Innovations.
Easy to use, and the UI looks fantastic. Adaptability, SF is growing and updating with new functionality and upgrades in existing processes, which is helping end users adapt.
Yes, a number of issues to start with, as a new UI. But with time, things started to ease off as this was something new, and the fear remained that something would go wrong.
Not much, getting rid of the integration issue.
Not sure on when and how, but it looks great and interesting. Fingers crossed final discussion lies with the management. A lot of things still remain a mystery.
Never thought of anything other than SAP SF.

Navisite Productivity and Collaboration (Microsoft Office 365 and MDM)
Scenarios depend on the industry. Being in India, the industry changes the scenarios. In a recent implementation, there was a lack of Time & Leave accrual, which delayed the Go-Live. Also, in a similar way, Offboarding also needs more improvements.
