Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sustainability Control Tower

We use the SAP Sustainability Control Tower to map the requirements of the ESR standard for CSRD. In doing so, we develop the content as a product and market it to other customers.
  • High-level summary of all required ESG metrics
  • High-level comparison between actual and planned values
  • Data can also be conveniently populated using CSV
  • Implementing Custom Metrics: Support for all DPI dimensions needed
  • Drill-Down Requirements: Full dimension availability via OData API
  • Row Limit Issue: Request limit inadequate for data volume
  • Breakdown by all dimensions for metrics not feasible
  • Our customers have shown significant interest in the SAP Sustainability Control Tower

However, when it comes to detailed analysis or qualitative requirements, there are currently some missing functionalities that we hope will be added in the future.
