A fantastic tool for our small company
Overall Satisfaction with Scoro
Scoro is used as our main CRM system; used by sales, marketing, and accounting team. We handle most of our customer relations, invoicing and communication through this platform.
Pros
- Great interface and user experience
- Fast, informative and compact platform
- Great invoicing and reminders system
Cons
- It takes time to set up the sync with Outlook
- Would like to have sales tunnel option included in its standard version
- Less time spent on invoicing
- Better follow-up system for sales
We prefer Scoro as it's faster and easier to use and learn. Also the fee structure makes a lot of sense for a smaller company.
