We at UNION.co, a digital marketing agency in Charlotte NC, are using SharpSpring internally for our organization as a lead generation tool and we also offer the service to our clients who would like to use it for email campaigns and drip campaigns. Most of our team has a basic understanding of the platform but the Campaign Team and Partnerships Team use it on a daily basis to look at new incoming leads that are synced through Google Analytics. It definitely helps us get a basic to medium grasp on those who are interacting with our emails and inbound leads.
- Creates a easy-to-digest visual breakdown of campaign leads, sources, and performance.
- Has a incredible email template design that makes it easy to update the coding within the software.
- Easy to update mailing lists that can be uploaded via csv file for those companies whose clients just keep growing!
- Small glitch where SharpSpring will send multiple confirmation notifications after an email has been sent out.
- Adding a landing page feature within SharpSpring would make it much easier, as we currently use a 3rd party at UNION for landing page design and functionality!
- Some data from Analytics didn't quite go through to SharpSpring from a few times we tried to go in and generate the appropriate reporting for a client.
- Great metrics on Email Conversion that we could report back to our clients for measures of success, such as email open rate, bounce rate, etc.
- SharpSpring has helped one of our larger clients with faster lead conversion.
- Succinct campaign overview that helps us gauge how our agency and clients are doing.
