SharpSpring: easy to use
Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We've got two departments who use SharpSpring: our marketing automation team (1 person) and sales team (2 persons). Our marketing automation person adds leads, creates workflows, e-mails, forms and landing pages. He's also our advisor to clients. Our sales team uses SharpSpring to connect with leads and website visitors. They know who's visiting our website and add and remove leads to our pipeline.
Pros
- Usability. SharpSpring is easy to use. They've got a clear and convenient design and helpfull articles.
- Support. They've got a great support team. Besides the team, they've got articles, webinars (like: Springboard Live), documents and a great onboarding process.
- Design opportunities. Their are a lot of design opportunities for your email and landing page. Beside that: some other marketing automation softwares doesn't have the opportunity to make your own landing page. SharpSpring does.
Cons
- Landing page. With SharpSpring you've got the opportunity to make your own landing page, but that could be easier. For example: I miss a 'Step back' button, to change your last act.
- Language. Some functions are only in English. For example: In your form you can use the questions "Where did you hear about is". You can add answers in your own language, but the question is still in English. That's strange.
- Custom fields. You can add and edit custom fields, but there is a limit of options. Sometimes we wish there were more options for functions like this.
- We've got a clear view of our website visitors.
- We know who's interested in our services.
- We can use our time for the right people.
