We use SharpSpring for our sales CRM and marketing automation, it allows us to track our leads and calls. [It's] mainly used by our sales team. But it was implemented into our website by our development team.

- Custom fields to categorize leads.
- The customer service is difficult to get a hold of at times.
- The software can be a bit buggy at times.
- Targeting the features that users are more interested in greatly helps sales. Since we can track what pages and features the user seems to spend more time reading we can see what they want from the software.
- The automation of emails is great. Drip campaigns are great for contacting leads. You will be surprised by how many times a lead will reply to a drip email and that will lead to a sale.
