Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is the perfect combination of CRM, Email Marketing, and Landing Page builder in one. It can be white-labeled for our clients to use as well as integrated with other marketing tools. We have been definitely enjoying SharpSpring since using it. For its price, it completely unbeatable!
  • Cost-effective, all-in-one platform for growing businesses.
  • Client management is great in terms of tracking engagements via email.
  • User identifier is helpful in acquiring personal information from a user without the requirement of a form.
  • Landing page builder can be buggy.
  • Does not fully integrate with all social platforms.
  • Email templates are not the best, but work satisfactory.
  • Can be white-labeled and sold to clients for additional revenue.
  • Client information can be easily found decreasing the time required to dig through previous emails and files.
  • Email automation helps to reduce the amount of work required to maintain engagement with leads.
SharpSpring is best used for us in terms of client management. We can house all client information within SharpSpring while keeping track of their email engagements. Although I'm not on the sales team, it has so far come in handy when reviewing our client profiles the sales representative had set up.
