Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use Sharpspring across our organization from Marketing to Sales to Customer Service. The marketing automation and CRM is a fantastic tool for all these departments and helps to generate, nurture and close leads. All of the information collected during the marketing & sales process is being utilized by our customer service department, allowing us to deliver on what we promised. Our sales team has access to all our client's communications, making it a breeze to offer additional or alternative solutions that our clients may benefit from. A win-win-win.

Act-On is a good tool but way too expensive in comparison to SharpSpring. Shaprspring offers all the features of Act-On at a fraction of the cost. Also, Act-On's customer support is no match for that of SharpSpring. We used Act-On for 3 years but they continued to increase their prices without adding any functionality that was of benefit to us.
