Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring both internally and with our clients. It has been a great solution not only with its CRM capabilities but also with the marketing automation. It is extremely user-friendly and has enough features to streamline our workflow, but not get lost in all the bells and whistles. The customer service team has also been very responsive and helpful! We are a small team and have to be very strategic about where our energy is focused and SharpSpring has allowed us to complete and track tasks improving transparency and communication across ur team.
