Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring from Constant Contact

SharpSpring is mainly used as our contact information management software. We utilize the lead scoring and opportunity tracking functions to determine how our Account Reps should focus their time. Drip campaign creation, implementation, and tracking can all be done from within the software. Automated workflows are created often to communicate with a large number of customers, including some while excluding others based on criteria provided by us.
  • Customer support experience is phenomenal
  • Online forums hosted on their website are helpful
  • Automated workflows are easy to work with
  • There's a lack of Account focused reporting/automation (mostly focused on Contacts/Opportunities)
  • Inability to change individual user landing page
  • Limited custom fields/ability to track custom fields across accounts
  • Account management/Farming has increased add-on sales
  • Lead scoring has increased close rate as our reps know where to focus
  • Drip campaign creation has saved us money we would've spent on our marketing team

SharpSpring is well suited for a small to medium-sized business like the one I work for. We have 500 employees, but less than 50 of these employees come in contact with our CRM. We have a team of 10 or so account reps across all locations that utilize SharpSpring daily. For large companies with 100+ daily users, it may be better to use HubSpot or Salesforce.
