- Used for the meetings of the Board of Directors and also for the Executive Board.
- Easy to arrange for the pre-reading of the meetings, the updates of the business and the minutes of the meetings.
- It fits the requirements of busy members of the board ahead of the meeting, during the meeting and thereafter.
- The access to the various documents and the search of a particular statement or graphic is very efficient.
- The user may as she/he wishes to download and upload documents.
- The user is informed if updates of documents are available.
- As I like large letters to read I could not see the entire page and had in the first time difficulties in navigating around.
- Management and Board of Directors save a lot of time.
- Less paper, less of a mess.
- Better quality of the meetings as everybody is on the same page and is able to quickly compare pieces of information with other statements or previous documents.
