We work in project management and procurement for interior design firms. Using Shift as a centralized workspace allows us to manage various business and business tools across several platforms. We use a wide range applications for our clients, from email to project management tools to cloud file storage. Shift allows us to use these tools all in one space and toggle between different client profiles. We feel it improves our focus and workflow.

Using Shift allows us to simplify access to the tools that we use on a regular basis. We've integrated Gmail, Slack, ClickUp/Asana, Google Drive/Dropbox and it has streamlined our workflow. We're not as distracted clicking between Chrome tabs and logging in and out of client accounts as we move through our day.

By using Shift we've eliminated a lot of digital "clutter" on our screens and can create a focused, more intentional workspace. We use so many platforms and they vary for each client. This allows us to have a workspace for each and focus on one client at a time without distractions.
