Overall Satisfaction with Shift
We've been using Shift for 3 years now and it saves time to be able to access all portals from one dashboard. The UI is easy to navigate, and in just a few clicks, you can integrate many interfaces into one. We manage ClickUp, Slack, WhatsApp, and many emails-all through one easy to manage dashboard.
Pros

- Reducing app load time
- Reducing the use of your computer RAM over time. A couple of years ago, it really bogged down your computer.
Cons
- Continued use of reducing RAM needed to run
- Can't think of any other, it's a very intuitive design and interface
- Minimizes distractions without the need to have multiple windows and browser tabs open at once.
- Reduces stress seeing all notifications in one place
- Once our team installed Shift, we have never looked back. Customers for life.
Gmail integration is flawless. The quicklinks in the upper righthand of the gmail screen makes it easy to access Google Drive files and Calendar without needing to have multiple tabs open in a browser. The ability to quickly click back and forth from Google Drive, Calendar and Mail has saved our team much time.
We have multiple Slack accounts and it makes it very easy to go from one Slack channel to another without the need to logout and log back in. This has saved us much time and makes it efficient to communicate.

The ability to not have to log out and log back in for Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Slack. This alone saves us so much time. Another portion is having notifications on each account so our team members can quickly make choices on prioritizing, especially if there is an issue.
