A must read!

We purchased OpenHire, RedCarpet and HeartBeat. Working with the SilkRoad team was a great challenge from the beginning, there is a lot of turn over in the company so our reps changed constantly. SilkRoad stated they understand our business but didn't, we were suppose to start with HeartBeat but since there were great challenges with the development of the product we were directed to start with OpenHire. We fully developed OpenHire, then started HeartBeat only to be told it wasn't ready and we had to put it on hold again. We then start with RedCarpet and got a quarter of the way through development, and HeartBeat was cancelled, SkillRoad wasn't going to support the current platform. So we paid for three products only using one, we received a fraction of a refund. You had to work with so many different people on the same product, you need a grid to keep track. All of their current products are on different platforms so fit gap anaylsis have to be [performed] to integrate their products! I would beware of this company.
