Pros

  • Simply Measured not only tracks usable data, but also helped me to put together competitive social media analysis in our industry.
  • Simply Measured helped make social media a relationship marketing channel for us and ensure we did it better than our competition.

  • Response times and rates to ensure relationships are developed and nurtured.

I don't currently use the software, but if I did I would absolutely renew it.
Although, we did not pay for Simply Measured and I was not
able to use it very long…I still recommend this software to anyone tracking
legitimate metrics around social media, setting goals and attempting to achieve
them.
