Overall Satisfaction with simPRO
simPRO is used from sales quotes to job cards to billing to export to our accounting software. It's end to end, so all records are retained. It is very user-friendly; we've sold it to 6 other companies across the country and all are very happy.
- Billing: straight from a closed, complete job. Carries overall equipment, hours, takes one click to bill.
- simPRO retains notes on all emails; notes can be entered by anyone to track communication with clients.
- Mobile app-tech clock in and out, but simPRO hours scheduled for the job does not change. It must be changed manually.
- simPROasks for requests to improve, but it can take years for important reports to be implemented or created.

simPRO gives you the dedicated person you can email/call, they have chat, you can file a case, and they provide videos for pretty much everything. We can train on it via their videos; it's excellent.
