Overall Satisfaction with Slate, by Technolutions

We use this as our primary enrollment CRM, which manages everything from our person/contact information to advanced communication and even data management and segmentation! This is a highly advanced and recommended software tool!

Pros

  • Managing contacts.
  • Smart communications (drip email campaigns).
  • Real-time data management.
  • End-to-end control of product (or instance of).
  • Allows for easy to implement segmentation via smart rules and queries (data sets).

Cons

  • Better communication about added/new features!
  • More hands-on assistance.
  • Smarter data obtained from communication campaigns.
  • Less melt (or loss) due to more intelligent communication methods and strategies.
  • End-to-end control allows for less cost or overhead needed on the platform.
I don't necessarily have an Admissions product to compare it to, but I believe this product is one of the better (if not best) CRMs I have used in both business and industry.

Essentially, if you have a body of students, especially incoming students, this tool makes everything easier. It helps with managing those students through your communication, storing their information, acting on said information, etc.
