Overall Satisfaction with Snaphunt

At LSE, we often turn to Snaphunt to source talent because its vast applicant pool makes it very easy to attract the right resources for different roles. The platform has streamlined our recruitment significantly by removing pretty much every bottleneck from the candidate management process. Before Snaphunt, some of our open positions used to take months to be filled. That is yet to happen since we started using Snaphunt. Now, the majority of our open roles tend to get filled within 10 days, some take less than a week.
  • I like the efficiency of Snaphunt's candidate screening process. Even with an enormous global talent pool, you get the most relevant profiles based on skills, competencies, and experience in next to no time.
  • The simple and user-friendly interface ensures a great user experience.
  • There's no shortage of useful features like comprehensive JD templates and reference checks. Snaphunt has made our talent acquisition a breeze.
  • I don't specifically remember encountering a problem while using Snaphunt. That being said, I guess a bigger limit on the available free credits is sure to attract more high-profile recruiters (if they aren't using Snaphunt already) who will eventually turn into long-term users.

Snaphunt does a better job when it comes to talent discovery and providing the right profiles for our open positions.
